Hello Faithful Listeners!
I've just returned from my travels, and am looking forward to buckling down this summer and developing the podcast even further. I finally purchased a video camera, as well as a new MacBook, and with all this new gear - who knows what's to come!
July will be the one year anniversary of the JivaDiva Jam, and we're about to hit the 100,000 listener mark! Also, I was just informed that the Podcast awards nominations and voting will begin on July 1st. Please visit www.podcastawards.com every day from July 1 - 15th, and submit the JivaDiva Yoga Jam under the Health & Fitness category. You can vote once every 24 hour period, so make it like your daily sadhana! If the JivaDiva Jam wins the prize, it'll be because of your generosity & effort.
Here is the information directly from the www.podcastawards.com website. I've included some information to make voting easier for you!
Starting at 0001 1 July 2006 Hawaiian Standard Time nominations will be open via website submission.

JivaDiva Yoga Jam *Balance Poses* 20 min. Yoga Series with Jivamukti Yoga Instructor, Alanna, the JivaDiva
Alanna is back from her travels, and re-ignites the JivaDiva Yoga Jam's fire with this 20 minute series focused on balance poses. This episode is dedicated to Kelly, an Army soldier fighting in Iraq. As you do this balanced sequence of asanas, keep your intention high and focused, and let's all keep practicing for peace. Make sure you are happy and healthy before embarking on this sequence, and some prior yoga knowledge is a good idea. Look forward to another JivaDiva video coming soon! For more information about Alanna, please visit www.jivadiva.com. Enjoy your practice, Namaste!
