During this 20 minute yoga session guided by Alanna, you'll challenge your body, mind and hips. Alanna guides you through sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and arm balances all designed to challenge and focus your energy on where we tend to store a lot of our emotions and tension - our hips. This yoga session includes uplifting music by Alanna, as well as an uplifting intention and skillful guidance. Please make sure you are happy and healthy, and have lots of prior yoga experience before pursuing this podcast. Namaste!
